The Westmoreland County sheriff is planning to hold an auction after a civil raid Saturday at a home show in Greensburg.

According to police, Kelly Simon Productions, the show’s coordinator, was one of several defendants in a settlement suit.

Officers collected property at the Westmoreland County Home Show after the company lost the settlement.

“There is a judgment against the number of defendants listed in this case, and this is the way to enforce the judgment,” Westmoreland County Sheriff Jonathan Held said.

The auction will be held on Tuesday at the sheriff’s office in Greensburg from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
